Hello,
Im using jpeg2swf (swftools v 0.6.2) on Linux to make time-lapse movies
from webcam images. Ive had great results making non-compressed .swf
files with this tool, but I want to use MX compression to reduce my file
sizes.
I usually have about 120+ frames in these movies.
Heres the command line Im using:
jpeg2swf -m -q 90 -r 10 -o test.swf *.jpg
The resulting .swf file looks good initially, but as it plays, green
patches start to appear in certain areas that remain relatively static.
Heres an example:

Another example:
http://www.zweismith.com/fun/test2.swf
Ive tried using changing the quality (-q) setting (lower & higher) but
still get the same results.
Any idea what might be causing this? Is there anything I can do to
eliminate these green patches when using MX compression? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
D Smith
