[Swftools-common] Support for PDF spec 1.6 in pdf2swf

Hi all,

I'm unable to convert a particular pdf file to swf. I'm using pdf2swf version 
0.9.0.
The problematic document is available here: 
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/pdf/pdfs/PDFReference15_v6.pdf

The error I get is shown below and I believe this may be caused by the pdf 
version of the sample file.
Can anyone provide any more information on what this bug means?
