   Kevin Atkinson passed on your name as someone
involved with the translation of GNU software
into Tetun.   I have a set of tools for assembling
word lists for minority languages using a
web crawler and statistical noise filters:

I've applied these tools with great success
to many of the languages you'll see listed
on the site above.

If you're interested we could try doing it for
Tetun.  All I need from you is for you to email
me as much raw text as possible.   I see there is
a small dictionary available online, that is
a good start.  A few thousand words of running
text is more than enough to get the crawler
running.
