[Texi2html-bug] feature request: split-by-number

(I'm not certain whether feature requests should be sent to this 
mailist; please let know if they shouldn't)

I'd like to split my manual by Table of Contents numbers.  In other 
words, new HTML pages would be created for

@node foo
@chapter foo

@node bar
@section bar

@node baz
@subsection baz


but not for things like

@node bazzle
@unnumberedsubsec bazzle

@node fooze
@unnumberedsubsubsec fooze


I have one offer of help from a Perl developer (who is unfamiliar with 
texinfo), so if you would rather concentrate on texinfo compatibility 
instead of new features like this, I could direct this enquire to him -- 
or perhaps you could give him some hints as to where to look to 
implement this new feature.
