I'll try on the perl documentation, that'll be a good test.  For now I
have only tested on a sample document and tp/ files.

Ok.  This should not be as complicated as tp/, hopefully...  

Although for tp I that think we should favour the release as part of texinfo, 
for Pod::Simple::Texinfo, my feeling is that CPAN releases would be 
more logical  Since Pod::Simple::Texinfo depends on the tp modules,
however, it is not that easy to do in practice, as both are likely to evolve
together.

There are no strings output in the module, but there are a few in pod2texi.  
Should it be internationalized?

More or less one per module, but some are redundant, as HTML XML DocBook 
Info Plaintext all use the same template, as their interfaces are the
same.  Still something around 10 modules documentations.
