texinfo status

The only remaining thing I know of that I want to do before making a
pretest is to document the new possibility of @-commands in node names,
since right now the manual explicitly says it's disallowed.

Patrice, if you know of other pending things that need to be documented,
or texinfo.tex work that has to be done, please let me know.

In any case, unfortunately I'll be away the next few days.
