[Texmacs-dev] Exported block missing hline

[bump]

Here is a texmacs file whose exported latex file (with TeXmacs 1.0.6)
is missing a top \hline, so the table appears without a top.

\[ \begin{array}{|c|c|}
     A & B\\
     \hline
     C & D\\
     \hline
   \end{array} \]

This is something TeXmacs used to get right.
