[Therion] 0.4.0 : problem for compiling on Mac OS X

Hi everybody...

I've just downloaded therion 0.4.0 for compiling on Mac (OS X 10.4.8). And when 
trying to compile it (make command), I've had the following error :
extern/lxFile.cxx: In member function 'void lxFile::ImportPLT(const char*)':
extern/lxFile.cxx:725: error: 'getline' was not declared in this scope
make: *** [extern/lxFile.o] Error 1
Is it a problem on my computer or a problem on the source code ? How can I 
solve it ?

P.S. : I've translated the tutorial of R. Muñoz in French... Is it possible to 
put it on the server...?
