[Tlf-devel] ARRL Field Day updates in TLF

Hi to all,

in preparation for the coming ARRL Field Day this weekend Nate N0NB
made some improvements to TLF:

- A more actual list of sections and
- an update of the rule file to the current rules.

Furthermore he suggested to suppress the RS/RST fields in main window
and in the log as no RST is used in the Field Day.

To allow also other contests without RST we introduced a new
configuration item 'NO_RST'. If present in the rule file only '---' is
shown and logged instead of the RST fields.


To use the new features in the coming Field Day contest please download
the raw snapshot from

        https://github.com/Tlf/tlf/archive/no_RST.tar.gz

Unpack and run

        autoreconf --install

to prepare the files before configure and make (see INSTALL for
'compiling from repo').

Make sure to use the new rules file (rules/arrlfd) and the actual list
of sections (share/arrlsections).


Be aware that it is still an early prerelease of the coming 1.2.0
version which may buggy.
