        in docstring.
        (tramp-user-regexp, tramp-host-regexp): Allow empty strings.
        (tramp-handle-insert-file-contents): Call
        tramp-message-for-buffer instead of tramp-message.
        (tramp-open-connection-rsh): Handle empty string as user name.
        (tramp-open-connection-su): Handle empty string as host name.
        Handle nil user name.
