Log message:
        * tramp.texi (Inline methods): Explain that encoding/decoding
        commands are selected automagically ,based on `uuencode',
        'mimencode' and anown Perl implementation of base-64
        coding. Actualize the methods with respect to reality.
        (External transfer methods): Add missing methods `scp1', `scp2',
        `scp1_old', `scp2_old' and `ftp'.
        (Multi-hop Methods): Remove `multiu'.
        
        * tramp.el (tramp-methods, tramp-completion-function-alist):
        Rename "scp1-old", "scp2-old", "ssh1-old", "ssh2-old" to
        "*_old". There have been problems in method name completion,
        because "-" is a word delimeter for partial completion mode.
        (tramp-completion-function-alist): Set
        `tramp-completion-function-alist-ssh' as completion function for
        "fcp".
