Log message:
        * Makefile (tramp.html): Generate both `tramp-emacs.html' and
        `tramp-xemacs.html'.  Link `tramp.html' to
        `tramp-emacs.html'. Since a web page is remote, a user must have
        the choice to switch between the pages.
        (tramp-%.html): New target for generating `tramp-emacs.html' and
        `tramp-xemacs.html'.
        (install-html): Copy `*.html'.
        (savannah): More or less the same.
        
        * tramp.texi (Top): Rename "Emacs" to "GNU Emacs" in order to have
        better differentiation to "XEmacs".  `emacs-other-name',
        `emacs-other-dir' and `emacs-other-file-name' are new macros in
        order to point to the other Emacs flavor where appropriate.  In
        info case, point to node `Installation' in order to explain how to
        generate the other way.  In html case, make a link to the other
        html file.
        (Installation): Short explanation the option for the other Emacs
        flavor.
