tramp (2.2.11-24.5); Can't connect to qnx4 machine via telnet

I'm trying to connect to remote qnx4 machine via telnet, but tramp
process hangs. I’m not really sure what’s wrong and what’s not, but it
fails to exec /bin/sh. 

Emacs  : GNU Emacs 24.5.1 (x86_64-apple-darwin15.2.0, NS apple-appkit-1404.34)
