Strange.  This looks like a GNUN bug, because running manually the
rule to update the file results in 

$ msgfmt -o /dev/null -cvv po/home.ar.po
79 translated messages, 23 fuzzy translations, 333 untranslated
messages.

I've touched home.ar.shtml in my fencepost's working copy so it should
be msgmerge'd tonight.  Have to investigate...
