Hi Peter,
which version of Traverso are you using?
As far as I know, 0.49.X does only support two jack input and output
ports.
However, a lot has changed in the git version, especially with regards
to jack. It allows for any number of jack ports and has a more powerful
internal routing. It's not exactly stable yet, but it's worth a try.
