[Tsp-devel] RemoteTea included in TSP tree

        I have included RemoteTea in TSP tree as:

        tsp/external/RemoteTea

        tsp/make/Makerules.java
                 Makeparams.java
                 Marerules.jrpc

        has been changed in order to use the included
restricted RemoteTea distribution.

        With this included jTSP doesn't need the external
installation of RemoteTea any more.

        I think we may use the same

        tsp/external tree for software we do not develop but use
by TSP.

        We should provide

        --with-remotetea=$REMOTEDIR in configure too.
