Is it a set of documents?

I wasn't able to find a copy of the standard in electronic form. I ended up buying "Prolog: The Standard" by P. Deransart, A. Ed-Dbali, and L. Cervoni, Springer-Verlag, 1996: http://www.springeronline.com/sgw/cda/frontpage/0,10735,4-40109-22- 1451780-0,00.html

Is there a newer or better reference for the standard?
Is anybody fixing the standard (e.g. adding term_expansion and DCG)?

The standard (*all* standards) really should be available online.
