well, at http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/install.html#cdimage there
is written:

CD ROM images

The Debian GNU/Hurd binary distribution of the GNU/Hurd system can be
installed most conveniently from CD ROM. The complete Debian GNU/Hurd
snapshot fits on three CDs. Images of the current CD ROM set are
available within the directory http://ftp.gnu.org/iso/ of the GNU FTP
server.

but hey - actually I can't find a single one image there...

please let me know the truth behind this ;-)
