Details:

When you scroll up in a channel, switch to a 2nd channel, then go back to the
first channel it drops back down to the bottom, there should be a option for
whether it puts you where you scrolled up, puts you at the bottom or possibly
puts you at the bottom only if there was activity since you scrolled up.
