Details:

Currently you can only define fg,bg pairs to be mapped.
It would be nice if you could also map individual colours.

foreground and background colours independently of each other?
<@FlashCode> you can use -1 to say "not specified color", but this does not
mean "any color"<@FlashCode> so 5,-1 means: color 5 without bg specified
<FiXato> exactly, that isn't what I need. I want mIRC color 7 to be mapped to
WeeChat colour 208; regardless of which pair of fg/bg it is in

"this color anywhere, fg or bg"

possible permutation of 7 ;-)
