Details:

22:34:04    pragma- | FlashCode: please add a /smart_buffer_switch command for
alt-# that checks to see if # is visible in a window and executes /window b#,
and if it's not visible then it does /buffer *# -- or something appropriate
such that alt-# will do what I described.
