Details:

there's a bug where display get stuck in wrong position. if MORE is displayed,
scroll down is impossible and some lines will be missing. otherwise, there
will be empty lines before real end of chat.

I could see it with prefix_align = none. will attach screenshots when I see it
again. this is with WeeChat 0.3.9 [compiled on Oct  4 2012 00:19:44] package
from debian.flashtux

one idea: might be it only happens with filter enabled?
