Committed in a separate branch "dynamic-nick-prefix-suffix" for tests (it
should be merged before the release of 0.4.1, except if there are major
problems detected).

I highly recommend to read file NEWS in this branch, there are important
things to know about the changes.

Reminder: to switch to new branch with git, use following command:


git checkout -b dynamic-nick-prefix-suffix origin/dynamic-nick-prefix-suffix


(to switch back to master: git checkout master)
