Details:

A minor patch which adds a "Clean Saves" button to the savegame dialog, which
deletes the selected savegame and all others below - but only if they are not
at the start of the game or a final replay.

This can be useful if you have 100ds of mid-turn savegames, but still want to
keep szenario-starts and replays, since otherwise you have to click a lot.

Warning: This may erase all your savegames if it contains a bug.
