+الاختراع لا تمس إلا المُصنّعين الذين تعتبر 
تكلفة وجهد اتفاقية الترخيص
+بالنسبة لهم صغيرة بالمقارنة مع عائد 
الإنتاج. ليس لبراءات الاختراع تأثير
+كبير، فهي لا تشكل عائقًا أمام معظم الأفراد 
الذين يستخدمون منتجات مغطاة

+
+<p>
+   لم تطرأ فكرة حقوق النشر في العصور الوسطى،
