[XForms] New pre-release xforms-1.0.94pre24

Hi,

   just to remind you that we're near to a new real release and
all testing will help here's another pre-release:

As announced it's mostly about a few tweaks in the build system
for the documentation. The only other minor change concerns the
some finer points of the behaviour of the FL_HOLD_BROWSER were I
had a (private) discussion with Serge Bromow. As I result I re-
verted it back to the way it was done before the 1.0.92 release.
Serge will explain our different opinions and you'll have to
vote about how it's going to be done in the end. If you don't
notice any change it rather likely doesn't matter to you:-)
