Hello,

Please find attached a few tiny patches for "attr".

0001: Remove include/config.h.in from git as it is generated by autoreconf.
0002: .gitignore: ignore *~ and config.h.in.
0003: Use autoreconf rather than autoconf to regenerate the files.

Or, if you grant me the permissions, I can apply these directly from my fork.
