Kamil,

that sounds fine, I've added a default xattr.conf.

(The default spec file in package/rpm/attr.spec.in is so dated it
won't build anymore, so
I left that proken for now. Maybe we should remove that ... and make
the attr and acl
packages use the autotools.)
