attr/include/libattr.h is under the GPLv2. So I want to know libattr.so is LGPL or not.
Can I judge that this library (libattr.so) is LGPLv2?

As per the .c source files in libattr/ inside the tarball (which you can
look at), it says LGPL-2.1.
