migrating to git

Debian has removed monotone from testing, so it's finally time for me to
migrate to git.

I'm creating a git repository in the Gnu Savannah ada-mode area, that
will hold all code used to develop ada-mode. The git branches have the
same name as the monotone branches:

        org.emacs.ada-mode
        org.stephe_leake.aunit_ext
        org.stephe_leake.makerules
        org.stephe_leake.sal
        org.wisitoken
        org.wisitoken.grammar_mode

There are also some *.stephe-* branches for working on new features. I
will use this repository to sync code between my Windows and Debian
development machines.

As of today, please do not make any commits to an ada-mode monotone
database. (yes, I know we can sync and do an incremental export, but I'd
rather not trust that process).

I'll let you know when the git repository is available.
