[aspell] ANNOUNCE: aspell-dicts .15

This package will let you install alternate english dictionaries.  It
allows you to chose from three diffrent varities (american, alternate
american, and britsh) and four different sizes (small, medium, large,
and extra-large).

It requires Aspell .29.1 or better to be in your path.

Changes in this release:

.15 (March 02, 2000)
        added a bunch of words from /usr/dict/words found in most linux
        distributions.
        added a bunch of commonly used abbreviations and acronyms
