If you mean that there's no glyph for it, you're right.
Think of capitalized stuff LIKE THIS: Straße will become STRASSE, and
sometimes (perhaps too difficult to implement) Maße will become MASZE in
spite of MASSE 'cause also the word Masse exists ... German language
realy sucks ;-)
