[aspell-user] New Aspell mailing lists.

Two new Aspell mailing lists have been created.  The purpose of this list
has also changes as a result.  The lists are as follows:

aspell-user (this list):  for help with using Aspell and general
  discussion concerning Aspell. If you having trouble installing Aspell
  please post to the aspell-help mailing list.

aspell-help: for help with installing both Aspell and Pspell. For anything
  else please post to the aspell-user mailing list.

aspell-announce: A read-only low volume list for announcements concerning
  Aspell.

All members of aspell-user will automatically be subscribed to
aspell-announce within an hour or so.
