So far, I have never seen Aspell do any harm to a
UTF-8 encoded file, and I am still trying to figure
out if that is just luck or not. All I've seen is
display problems with curses and a skipping over of
the bits of Unicode that aren't coincident with ASCII.
Does Aspell always fail this safely on UTF-8 files?
