[PATCH] Add styles for listings from tcolorbox.sty

Hi,

Please find attached a patch adding styles for listings from
tcolorbox.sty.  All three libraries---listings, listingsutf8, and
minted---are supported as well as the common environments and macros.

Supported environments:

  - tcblisting
  - tcboutputlisting
  - new environments defined by [re]newtcblisting

Supported macros:

  - tcbinputlisting
  - new macros defined by [re]newtcbinputlisting
  - tcbuselistingtext
  - tcbuselistinglisting
  - tcbusetemplisting

Give it a try and let me know if anything is missing:
