[AUCTeX] No PDFLatex option for compiling

Hi,
 I installed auctex and preview-latex with EMACSW32 (bug-report output
below). When I open a latex file, it does show I am in the PDFLatex major
mode, but C-c C-c gives me Latex as the default option, and no option is
available for PDFLatex. I would appreciate any help to fix this.
