[AUCTeX] viewing output of dvipdfmx

Folks,


I have the following local variables for a .tex file:

  %%% Local Variables:
  %%% mode: japanese-latex
  %%% coding: utf-8
  %%% TeX-engine: uptex
  %%% TeX-PDF-from-DVI: "dvipdfmx"
  %%% TeX-master: t
  %%% End:

After the first C-c C-c, uptex is called, OK.

After the second C-c C-c, dvipdfmx is called, OK.

After the third C-c C-c, auctex wants to execute `xdvi -unique ...'
(which fails for .dvi files created by uptex) instead of calling the
PDF viewer.  A buglet?

How can I fix that?
