(It is not that uncommon to see it spelled out, but usually it is done so
as "etcetera" and not "et cetera.") In this case, since the comma was
needed afterwards, I thought "etcetera" looked better (".," combinations
are awkward).

Ah, good. Yes, you are supposed to use a special glyph for an ellipsis,
but I didn't know how to do that in TeXinfo. I'll post a patch.
