* lib/autoconf/fortran.m4 (_AC_PROG_FC_V_OUTPUT): Omit quoted
-mGLOB_options_string stuff for Intel ifc, which can cause
_AC_FC_LIBRARY_LDFLAGS to fail. Also, use (faster) case for
pattern-matching instead of grep.
