Hi,
FYI, I had to adjust coreutils release procedure in a
fundamental way, due to the switch to git. Before,
"make alpha", "make beta", "make stable" applied the CVS release
tag automatically. Now, I manually apply a signed git tag,
and *then* run one of those make commands.
