I've already expressed in the past that I thought autoconf was overly
greedy in assuming all A[A-Z]_ names were supposed to be autoconf

Besides, comments are comments!  I'd rather just pass them through.
They wouldn't ever be expanded, anyway.

Hmm...  But that's your point.  In some cases, the intend was to have
them expanded, but not within a comment.

How about an additional -W flag that would enable searching for macro
names within comments?  It would be disabled by default, but we'd use
it in our own testsuite.
