One argument against this is that one has to be a bit of a
standards lawyer to get it right (witness the length of this
thread).  And strictly speaking, every #include, wrapped or not,
should have the reason for that decision documented.

Wrapping everything is technically overkill, and more work
(though maybe not if you factor in the documentation), but it's
dead simple.
