IRIX 6.2: "no working shell functions" warnings |

I'm reporting the warnings as instructed; configure was created using
autoconf HEAD from today, running it on IRIX 6.2 with tcsh login shell
gives:
% ./configure
Found no shell that has working shell functions.
Please tell address@hidden about your system.
Found no shell that has working shell functions.
Please tell address@hidden about your system.
Found no shell that has working shell functions.
Please tell address@hidden about your system.
Found no shell that has working shell functions.
Please tell address@hidden about your system.
Found no shell that has working shell functions.
Please tell address@hidden about your system.
checking for a BSD-compatible install... ./install-sh -c
checking build system type... mips-sgi-irix6.2
...
(and it takes several minutes to get that far)
The chosen shell was /bin/ksh it seems.
