Hmm, sorry, it appears I wasn't clear.  When I asked you to install
Autoconf from scratch, I meant from the source code, i.e., from:

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/autoconf/autoconf-2.59.tar.gz

Is that what you did?  If not, how did you install it?
