Hi,

When we run buildconf with autoconf version 2.13 (automake 1.6.3),
everything worked fine. However, when we upgraded autoconf to 2.57
(automake 1.4-p5), the buildconf experienced an error:

The configure file generated is different from the old one.

Is this a known issue, or is there any way to resolve this?

Thanks in advance.
