and it solves the problem but i just wonder that the automake solution. I think that automake will be much more generic solution. Do you have any idea about implementing that kind of logic in automake?

No need for an autoconf macro.  If you are using automake, then this is
an automake question (but yes, automake has support for including
makefile fragments in your  If you are not using automake,
