I am trying to build connman (connection manager) package using autotools.
Below error is coming when i run the command : "sh  ./"

Found GNU Automake version 1.12
Found GNU Libtool version 2.2.6b

'LIBTOOL' is undefined   The usual way to define 'LIBTOOL' is to add 'LT_INIT'   to '' and run 'aclocal' and 'autoconf' again.   If 'LT_INIT' is in '', make sure   its definition is in aclocal's search path.
ERROR: automake failed
1. I don't understant when autoreconf is already installed, why this error. 
2. HOW to define LIBTOOL in (i am new to linux and autools)
