    New function xsystem_hint, for autoreconf.
    
    * lib/Autom4te/FileUtils.pm (handle_exec_errors): New argument
    $hint, show if the executing program does not exist.
    (xsystem_hint): New function, like xsystem but allows to pass
    a hint.
