You could add this to your Makefile:

.PHONY : rpl.c


        I have tried to add

.PHONY: $(srcdir)/rpl.c

at I have verified, after automake and configure stages, that this line is in Makefile too.

But, when I do "make" in src directory, make returns :
make: Rien à faire pour `all'.
