* automake.texi (Options): Programs listed in
AM_INSTALLCHECK_STD_OPTIONS_EXEMPT should have $(EXEEXT) appended.
* tests/gnits3.test (AM_INSTALLCHECK_STD_OPTIONS_EXEMPT):
Append $(EXEEXT).
